If you employ people, the good news is that the Statutory Dispute Resolution Regulations (they governed Disciplinary/Dismissal/Grievance procedures) have been repealed.
There is a new ACAS Code of Practice which is far less prescriptive than the old regulations but there are a few potential catches in the Code for the unwary and there are transitional arrangements for events that started before April 6th.
