There are many ways of talking back to PRIME.

Get business pack1. If you are interested in self-employment or setting up your own business you can sign up for a free PRIME start-up pack by clicking the flower symbol to your left.

2. If you want to say something else privately to PRIME the best bet is to contact PRIME direct on freephone number 0800 783 1904 (open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday), or email prime@ace.org.uk

3. You can also make public comments for other visitors to read. Many of the individual items on this site have a space for adding public comments below the main text. This is often the best way of replying quickly to a particular point. We of course moderate the comments and reserve the right to delete spam and off-topic items. Over time such comments can fade from view as the original item that prompted them recedes into history and off the front or news pages.

Click to talk to other club members4. We therefore also have a proper forum discussion area, where conversations are organised by topic and can also be tagged and searched. This is probably be best place for comments, tips and suggestions - anything you think might interest other visitors to this site in the future.

Please note that both comments on individual items and things that you say in the forums are public by design. They are public discussions. There’s more about the forums below.

4. PRIME has a panel of selected business experts who have generously agreed to answer questions put to PRIME for free. More about how to ask the experts here.

5. Finally we have a complaints procedure. Let us know if what we do falls short.

Forum rules

Everyone is welcome to read what’s being said in the discussion forums, and to join in by posting. But before making your own contributions we ask you to check out the rules, etiquette and announcements.

Like most forum operators, we only allow registered users to contribute, so you need to register. This helps keep spam at bay.

Established entrepreneurs are also welcome, but please observe the site rules. PRIME Business Club exists to help people start their own businesses, and is not the right place to recruit self-employed sales agents or promote dubious off-the-shelf “business opportunities”.
