PRIME has obtained corporate sponsorship for an innovative new loans scheme that will open to the public in 2009. We are recruiting now for the key post of loans officer.
The successful applicant will bring experience of business loans, preferably in the CDFI sector, to the development and administration of an innovative new loan scheme for the over 50s. The post is based in our central office in South London.
You will be responsible for helping to set up the new loan fund, and then running it on a day-to-day basis. You will need an understanding of small businesses, and be able to develop a workable system for assessing business plans - and providing some feedback to those whose plans are not yet investment ready.
You will have willingness to be hands-on, and the experience and drive to make things happen at an exciting time in PRIME’s development.
